Thank you for visiting the website of Nixon Development, Inc. (NDI). We are currently under re-development as we prepare for our first official fund-raising banquet in 2011. NDI is a youth development organization, whose main goal is to seek out youth in need of a new normal. This new normal consists of NDI staff members reaching out in to the community to seek out those under-served youth and individuals to introduce them to a better and more cultured way of living. NDI was birthed in 2009, with a head strong initiative to creating a new normal for underserved audiences, youth, and individuals by providing them with coaching opportunities to develop, if not improve their knowledge and understanding of work/life ethics; self-esteem principles; and understanding the true value of self worth and inner peace. NDI is a unique organization in that its mission is never ending as it continues to fight a battle for a better deserving life balance for underserved audiences, youth, and individuals by providing resources that might not be readily available such as, financial literacy, life coaching skills, and educational betterment. NDI has a sole purpose and goal as an organization to save our youth and to introduce them to a new normal and a dream once unfulfilled.
